Identify and mitigate risks during project transfer or launch
Document lessons learned for future projects

Your Ideal Background

Education and Experience:

Master degree (or equivalent) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or related field
At least 2 years of experience within connector, molding, or cable assembly in Quality department

Required Knowledge:

Expert knowledge on ISO 9001 (IATF 16949 preferred)
Fluent English in written and verbal communication

Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills:

Working knowledge on specific product and process (e.g., Molding) is a plus
Familiarity with supplier APQP process tools including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC, R&R, and 8D
Thorough knowledge of problem-solving tools
Process auditor skills (mandatory)
SAP basic knowledge is a plus
