About the Role
Join Mondelēz International as a Quality Assurance Manager in Casablanca, Morocco. You will ensure quality standards across the factory, manage quality targets, and lead a team responsible for identifying and eliminating quality losses and problems. Reporting directly to the plant manager with dotted-line responsibility to corporate quality, you will drive quality excellence while maintaining compliance with corporate standards, local requirements, and ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all quality objectives, goals, and targets (including regional and global commitments) are met across the factory
- Develop, maintain, and optimize quality and food safety management systems in accordance with legal, corporate, and certification requirements
- Lead investigations into customer and consumer complaints, manage internal product nonconformities, and conduct root cause analysis with corrective and preventive actions
- Serve as primary contact for food safety and health authorities regarding consumer complaints and inspections
- Recruit, structure, and develop the quality department; set performance goals and mentor team members
- Conduct plan-do-check-act assessments, manage departmental budgets, and eliminate losses
What You Bring
- Higher diploma in Food Process Engineering, Microbiology, Chemistry, Technology, or Quality Management
- Proficient English skills
- Relevant experience in operations, quality, and/or R&D
- Expert knowledge of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and PAS 96 requirements
- Good knowledge of biscuits technological processes
- Qualified internal auditor of Quality and Food Safety Management Systems
- Qualified supplier auditor/developer
- Advanced PC skills (Microsoft Office suite)
