About the Role

Join Etio as a Quality Assurance/Inspector to evaluate 200 master trainers over a 3-year national workforce development programme in Saudi Arabia. This role combines field-based evaluation with analytical report writing, contributing directly to human capital development across the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct 2-day in-class observations of master trainers, including attendee interviews (~10%), applying the QA framework to assess delivery, engagement, and effectiveness.
  • Draft clear, bilingual (Arabic/English) reports (~1,200 words) within 2–3 days of observation, revising based on Lead Reviewer feedback to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate with co-observers, participate in calibration sessions, and coordinate with the Lead Reviewer and Project Manager to align on deliverables.
  • Coordinate scheduling and travel across Saudi Arabia (up to 5 trips per cohort), maintaining flexibility for multiple observations per round.
  • Attend training and periodic workshops to maintain methodology alignment, QA criteria, and reporting format standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written), with ability to draft bilingual reports.
  • Ability to travel within Saudi Arabia and adapt to flexible working schedules.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience in adult learning or professional development, particularly in the GCC/KSA.
  • Familiarity with QA frameworks or assessment methodologies (e.g., rubrics).
  • Prior experience in bilingual reporting or cross-disciplinary team collaboration.
