About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with co-observers, participate in calibration sessions, and coordinate with the Lead Reviewer and Project Manager to align on deliverables.
- Coordinate scheduling and travel across Saudi Arabia (up to 5 trips per cohort), maintaining flexibility for multiple observations per round.
- Attend training and periodic workshops to maintain methodology alignment, QA criteria, and reporting format standards.
