Main Responsibilities

Supervise and control staff assignments, including reporting, absences, overtime, and compensation management

Ramp Services Activities

Marshal aircraft during arrival and departure
Operate ground support equipment including tow tractors, belt loaders, container loaders, and baggage tugs

Service aircraft water and lavatories
Inspect ramp areas for debris and report equipment malfunctions
