About the Role
As a Ramp Services Supervisor at Swissport, you will oversee aircraft loading and unloading operations at the airport. - Monitor load plan execution, report anomalies, and coordinate with turnaround supervisors and airline representatives
- Ensure staff presence, discipline, and adherence to working hours, dress code, and quality standards
- Support team development through mentoring, knowledge transfer, and identification of high-potential employees
Key Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in ramp services or aircraft ground handling
- High school diploma (Baccalaureate) or equivalent Bac +2 qualification
- Strong supervisory and team management skills
- Knowledge of aircraft safety procedures, load planning, and ground handling equipment
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems
