About the Role
As a Ramp Services Supervisor at Swissport, you will oversee aircraft loading and unloading operations at the airport. - Support team development through mentoring, knowledge transfer, and identification of high-potential employees
Key Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in ramp services or aircraft ground handling
- High school diploma (Baccalaureate) or equivalent Bac +2 qualification
- Strong supervisory and team management skills
- Knowledge of aircraft loading procedures, load planning, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and efficiency
