About the role

We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Reels Content Creator to join our marketing team, with a strong focus on short-form video content across social platforms. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end creation of Reels, from ideation to execution, with the objective of building brand awareness, driving engagement, and supporting our growth strategy.

Reporting to the Head of Growth & Marketing, this person will be a key contributor to our content engine, working closely with marketing, design, and growth teams to bring our brand stories to life through video. A successful candidate is trend-aware, highly creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create, film, and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) with subtitles, effects, and music optimized for each platform.
  • Contribute creative ideas and concepts aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Follow social media trends and adapt relevant formats and sounds into brand-aligned content.
  • Support planning and execution of the Reels content calendar and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Track performance metrics (views, engagement) and support content optimization efforts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams on ongoing campaigns.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Audiovisual, or related field.
  • Approximately 1 year of experience in content creation, social media, or video editing (internships included).
  • Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut.
  • Strong interest in social media and short-form video trends.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling fundamentals.
  • Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to accept feedback.

What We're Looking For

A trend-aware professional comfortable in a dynamic, fast-growing startup environment. Portfolio or links to social media content is a strong plus.
