Regional Finance Planning & Coordination Analyst

About the Role

The Regional Finance Planning & Coordination Analyst supports the coordination of financial planning, forecasting and performance reporting activities across the MEA & APAC regions. This role contributes to the reliability and consistency of financial information while providing consolidated analysis and insights to support regional business and Finance decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Regional FP&A Coordination: Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and reporting cycles across MEA & APAC regions; ensure timely and accurate collection of financial inputs from local Finance teams and business stakeholders.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Consolidate and analyze regional financial data to support performance monitoring; prepare financial reports, dashboards and management presentations.
• Process Harmonization: Contribute to standardization of FP&A processes, reporting tools and methodologies across entities; support continuous improvement of financial reporting practices and data quality.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Finance teams and stakeholders to ensure consistency and reliability of regional financial information; identify key trends and performance drivers.

Required Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, controlling or regional finance
• Experience in an international, regional or multi-entity environment
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and performance analysis
• Advanced Excel skills and good command of reporting and analytical tools
• Strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Fluency in English; French is an asset
