The Role
We're seeking a strong leader to manage one of our biggest regions in Morocco's North, overseeing a portfolio of 10 cities including Rabat and Tangier. You will combine operational excellence, strategic thinking, and emotional intelligence to lead a fast-paced business and inspire your team.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage regional operations across 10 cities in North Morocco
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to grow Glovo's presence in your region
- Lead negotiations and collaborations with key partners
- Drive performance against challenging KPIs and business objectives
- Build and inspire a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in consulting, business development, start-ups, or similar roles
- Strong track record of delivering challenging KPIs and projects
- Deep understanding of business P&L drivers and how to influence them
- Excellent communication skills: speaking, writing, presenting, and negotiating
- Owner mindset with solution-oriented approach and commitment to growth
- Ability to balance swift execution with attention to detail
- Superior analytical skills and willingness to get hands-on
- Fluent in French, Arabic, and English
- Willing to travel several days per month across your cities
