What You Will Do
- Elicit, analyze, and document diagnostic requirements for vehicle systems and ECUs
- Define and maintain functional and technical requirements for vehicle diagnostics
- Coordinate requirements with development, systems engineering, testing, and stakeholders
- Specify and coordinate diagnostic functions such as DTCs, diagnostic services, and data identifiers
- Ensure requirements traceability and consistency throughout the development lifecycle
- Participate in requirements reviews and analyze change requests
What You Bring
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- Experience in Requirements Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Automotive Diagnostics
- Good understanding of vehicle diagnostics and ECU communication
- Knowledge of UDS and relevant diagnostic standards
- Experience with requirements management tools (DOORS, DOORS Next, Polarion, Jira)
- Knowledge of CAN, CAN FD, DoCAN, and/or DoIP protocols
- Understanding of E/E architectures and ECU networks
- Very good English skills; German is an advantage
- Strong analytical, structured, and independent working style
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
