Revenue & Pricing Professional – Landside Transportation

About the Role

As a Revenue (Pricing & Uptake) Professional, you will develop tailored landside transportation solutions for customers across FCL, Rail & Depot services. Your focus will be on understanding customer needs, designing optimal transportation solutions, and setting competitive pricing to meet their requirements while managing tenders and requests to deliver efficient, cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop tailored landside transportation solutions (FCL, Rail & Depot) for customers across the region
• Understand customer needs and market dynamics to create effective transportation strategies
• Set competitive pricing for transportation services aligned with customer expectations and business goals
• Manage and respond to tenders and transportation requests, ensuring optimal solutions for clients
• Monitor market trends, prices, and competition to refine and adjust pricing strategies
• Report on key performance indicators including volume growth, conversion ratios, and Gross Profit delivery
• Analyse market intelligence and customer landscape to inform strategic decisions

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding industry, ideally in solution creation and pricing for depot/landside transportation
• Strong knowledge of market prices, transportation solutions, and industry trends
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong commercial mindset—able to balance competitive pricing with value creation
• Self-driven and collaborative, thriving in a fast-paced, international environment
