About the Role
Join DHL Global Forwarding as an RFR Customer & Operations Specialist in Morocco. You will implement road freight strategy, ensure on-time delivery of services, procure competitive carrier rates, and manage operations for clients across domestic and cross-border movements.
Main Responsibilities
- Own and maintain country road freight tariffs with carriers, ensuring rates remain valid and updated according to agreed validity periods
- Manage supplier contracts, establish regular carrier review meetings, and negotiate competitive rates with network partners
- Execute operational shipments from customer booking through carrier booking, billing, and system updates while maintaining file profitability
- Analyze accepted and rejected quotations by lane, determine profit margins, and provide pricing support to Sales and Customer Service teams
- Monitor carrier and station performance, initiate corrective actions, and ensure compliance with customs regulations and policies
- Maintain strong working relationships with DGF EU and Freight EU teams to support rate procurement and operational activities
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in road freight pricing, commercials, and operations
- Deep knowledge of road freight forwarding business from domestic and cross-border perspectives
- Strong analytical, structuring, and project management skills with ability to manage multiple bids in parallel
- Understanding of end-to-end processes for freight, customs, and international road movements
- Fluent in English, French, and Arabic
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Results-driven with attention to detail and strong team collaboration skills
