About the Role

Join Dolphin Group as a Sales Promoter for Medical Cosmetic Products. This is a dynamic sales position where you will promote and sell premium medical cosmetic products to healthcare professionals, clinics, and retail outlets. You will be the face of our brand, delivering product expertise and building lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical cosmetic products to dermatologists, pharmacists, clinics, and cosmetic stores
• Deliver product knowledge and conduct demonstrations to potential customers and healthcare professionals
• Attend promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches to generate leads and interest
• Monitor inventory levels at assigned outlets and ensure optimal product placement
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Educate clients on proper product usage, benefits, and applications
• Provide market feedback to the sales and marketing team for continuous improvement
• Maintain a professional image and demonstrate high-level product knowledge at all times

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher; degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field is preferred
• 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare
• Strong knowledge of skincare, beauty, and cosmetic science
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales targets
• Presentable and confident in interacting with diverse clients
• Willingness to travel locally for client visits and promotional events
