About the Role

Join DHL Global Forwarding, Freight (DGFF) as a Sales Support specialist in Tangier, Morocco. Under supervision, you will support sales sub-function plans and processes to drive business growth, profitability, and enhance customer retention for a defined territory, in line with business strategy, financial objectives, and Group guidelines.

Main Responsibilities

Implement sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution plans through repetitive administrative tasks
Reconcile sales, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas and ensure accuracy
Assist in reporting improvement areas based on pipeline reporting in collaboration with Sales Effectiveness teams
Verify and process market trends and customer requirements to support product/service solutions
Provide administrative support to manage sales support processes and tools ensuring sales force effectiveness
