About the Role

Coordinate with SAP for hotfixes or patches and validate compatibility of new releases or upgrades
Address security vulnerabilities and implement advanced role and authorization controls
Prepare and deliver user training sessions; develop training materials and quick guides
Participate in testing and data validation during deployments
Monitor system health and user activity using SAP Cloud ALM or similar tools
Maintain support documentation and contribute to the knowledge base

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
3 to 5 years of SAP support experience with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (mandatory)
Experience supporting SAP core business processes and modules such as Finance, Procurement, and Sales
Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications
Experience working in structured support environments using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira
Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to support, guide, and train end users
Experience supporting multi-country deployments or working within a global support model

Advantageous Skills

Exposure to SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and extensibility frameworks
