Main Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations

Prepare financial reporting packages for management and group consolidation purposes
Support internal and external audit processes and maintain strong internal controls
Perform financial analysis including variance analysis, cost analysis, and performance monitoring to support management decision-making
Work with international subsidiaries and finance teams to ensure consistency of accounting practices across entities
Optimize ERP systems (SAP, Sage, or similar) and participate in process automation initiatives

Required Profile

Education: Master's degree (Bac +5) in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or equivalent qualification
Experience: 5 to 10 years in accounting, preferably within an international or multinational company
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IFRS and International GAAP standards, advanced Excel proficiency, and experience with ERP systems (SAP, SAP Business One, Sage)
Languages: Fluent in English and French (written and spoken); German or Spanish is an advantage
