The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect (Design) to join a major sports infrastructure project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will work on-site and be responsible for leading architectural design and delivery of complex sports facilities.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead design development and technical review for stadium and sports facility projects
- Prepare comprehensive construction documentation and specifications
- Provide site supervision and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with FIFA standards and international building codes
- Manage stakeholder communications and coordinate across specialties
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in architecture and design
- Proven experience in design and delivery of stadiums, sports facilities, or large-scale complex projects
- Strong knowledge of FIFA standards, international building codes, and multidisciplinary coordination
- Experience across design development, technical review, construction documentation, and site supervision
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder-management skills
