We are seeking exceptional Senior Consultants to join our growing team and deliver on ambitious projects. You will work at the center of integrated project teams from diverse backgrounds and disciplines, tackling complex challenges. Collaborating with consultants, managers, principals, and experts, you will deliver key project streams and actively participate in project definition, problem solving, recommendation development, and client interaction to deliver superior value in every engagement.

Your Role

Own issue definition and structuring for significant project scopes
Conceptualize paths to impact and develop resolution methodologies
Screen data sources, collect and process relevant quantitative and qualitative data
Design and perform analyses to support resolution methodologies
Interact with internal and client stakeholders to challenge and strengthen analyses
Develop reports to support oral and written communication for owned scope
Lead presentations of recommendations to client teams
Collaborate with internal and client teams to implement recommendations and action plans
Coach junior team members supporting your scope
Professional mobility to different locations as required by assigned projects

Your Team

You will be part of JESA ADS, working on projects focused on industry, infrastructure, and urban development across Africa.

Your Qualifications

Master's degree (Bac +5) from top-tier engineering or business institutions from Europe and North America (Grandes Ecoles, top universities)
International education experience is a plus
Passion for Africa development (economic, social, and human) and tackling the continent's biggest challenges and opportunities
Interest in target sectors: industry, infrastructure, and urban development and underlying technologies
Strong problem-solving skills
Curiosity, openness, collaboration, flexibility, personal drive, and can-do attitude
Experience in strategy consulting
First experience in target sectors (industry, infrastructure, urban development) is a strong plus
International or African experience is a plus
