The Role

We are seeking a Senior Creative Designer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on opportunity to lead creative projects, mentor junior designers, and drive innovation in design workflows.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and execute a variety of design assignments including digital, print, presentation, branding, and web UI design
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and skill growth
• Collaborate with the team to develop effective design solutions across multiple industries
• Integrate AI tools into design workflows to enhance efficiency and creative output
• Conduct training sessions and skill development initiatives for the design team
• Ensure all designs meet industry standards, brand guidelines, and project-specific requirements

Required Experience & Qualifications

• More than 5 years of extensive experience in graphic design, branding, or art direction
• Proven ability to execute high-level creative projects with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence
• Experience mentoring and guiding junior designers with a passion for developing creative talent
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience in a related field

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-powered design tools
• Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for clear collaboration with teams and clients
• Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced environments with positive mindset
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
