About the Role
As Senior Market Strategy and Partnerships Manager, you will drive business growth and partnership development across Morocco and internationally. Your key responsibilities include:
- Create and cultivate deep business relationships with major producers, creators, venues, and key stakeholders in the entertainment industry
- Expertly manage contract negotiations with large partners to ensure sustainable economics and lasting value for both parties
- Balance and grow a large client base using strong organizational skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver partner growth across Morocco and internationally
- Stay current with entertainment trends and emerging experiences to position yourself as an industry expert
About You
You bring a combination of consulting expertise and sector-specific experience:
- At least 3+ years of top-tier consulting or equivalent experience, plus 5+ years in relevant sectors (corporate management, tech, sports, music, or arts)
- Strong desire to acquire new business and grow an existing client portfolio
- Self-starter mentality with ability to thrive in a demanding, dynamic start-up environment
- Demonstrated data-driven approach to business decisions and task prioritization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Sales CRM platforms (Sugar CRM preferred)
- Knowledge of Morocco's entertainment, events, and lifestyle trends
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus
