Senior Observability & Automation Engineer

Location: Technopolis, Rabat (Hybrid)
Contract: CDI (Full-time)

Join our Infrastructure & Cloud team as a Senior Observability & Automation Engineer. We're seeking a passionate professional to design and maintain resilient, automated, and observable IT platforms while driving operational excellence across our enterprise infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and evolve enterprise observability platforms
  • Administer and optimize Dynatrace and Zabbix environments
  • Build comprehensive monitoring strategies across infrastructure, applications, and cloud services
  • Develop automation and self-healing solutions using modern scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Integrate monitoring platforms with ITSM solutions and provide Level 3 support for complex incidents
  • Produce operational dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports; mentor technical teams

Required Technical Skills

  • Observability: Dynatrace (Managed & SaaS), Zabbix (Expert level), OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic/OpenSearch, APM, RUM & Synthetic Monitoring
  • Automation: Python, PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, Git, REST APIs, JSON/YAML
  • CI/CD: GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins; Terraform (nice to have)
  • Infrastructure & Cloud: Linux, Windows, VMware, Hyper-V, Kubernetes, Docker, Microsoft Azure

Key Expectations
