About the Role
As Senior Operations Manager for Morocco at Uber, you will drive business growth, solve critical operational challenges, and shape market strategy. Key Responsibilities

- Lead driver onboarding, support, and engagement teams while continuously improving operational performance
- Build and maintain relationships with fleets, government stakeholders, and key partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Policy, Legal, Finance, and regional Operations teams
- Gather competitive intelligence and identify emerging marketplace trends
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, consulting, technology, startups, mobility, or similar fast-paced analytical environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to structure ambiguous problems and work with data
- Operational mindset with comfort moving from strategy to execution and taking ownership of results
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Leadership experience with people, projects, or cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English and Arabic (required); French proficiency strongly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in mobility, marketplaces, logistics, or operationally complex businesses
- Quantitative academic background in STEM, economics, or finance
- Familiarity with SQL or analytical tools
