About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with strong experience designing intuitive, user-centric web and mobile applications for both LTR and RTL layouts. You will work across the full design lifecycle, from research and discovery through wireframing, prototyping, user flows, usability testing, and design iteration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centric web and mobile applications with expertise in both LTR and RTL layouts
- Lead the full design lifecycle including research, discovery, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Own, maintain, and scale design systems across digital products
- Translate complex product requirements into clean, functional, and engaging user experiences
- Conduct UX research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Collaborate remotely with distributed teams and translate feedback into practical design improvements
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design and product design
- Proven expertise with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric product design
- Deep understanding of UX research, usability testing, accessible design, and inclusive design principles
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and user flows
- Experience with iterative design methodologies
- Exceptional attention to detail with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
