About the Role

Hexcel is seeking a Senior Program Engineer for our Casablanca, Morocco location. You will lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and Work Package Transfer (WPT) programs across our EAP Core and Engineered Core facilities, managing complex cross-functional initiatives in the aerospace composites industry.

Main Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to robust NPI and WPT plans across Hexcel facilities
Identify, assess, and track project risks and issues with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely mitigation
Provide accurate reporting to internal stakeholders and external partners on project progress and key milestones
Monitor and enforce change control processes within NPI and WPT programs for compliance
Lead tooling management activities and coordinate customer visits related to NPI and WPT projects
Drive rate readiness activities and support forecast and order book management aligned with business objectives
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and HR teams to deliver projects on time and within budget

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, or related field
5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in industrial or aerospace environments
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects in matrix organizations
Experience working with external stakeholders including customers and suppliers
Solid technical understanding of manufacturing processes
Fluency in English and French with strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent project management capabilities including planning, prioritization, and deadline management
