About the Role

The Senior Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering exceptional spa treatments and guest experiences while ensuring the highest level of service and professionalism. This role involves performing treatments, mentoring junior therapists, maintaining treatment standards, and supporting the Spa Manager in daily operations and training at the luxurious Amanjena resort in Marrakech.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide a wide range of professional spa treatments including Aman signatures, massages, facials, body therapies, and beauty treatments in line with spa standards and protocols
  • Ensure personalized and memorable service for every guest, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty
  • Supervise and support the spa team in daily operations to maintain smooth service flow and consistency
  • Assist the Spa Manager with training, performance feedback, and skill development of therapists
  • Monitor treatment room cleanliness, equipment condition, and overall hygiene in compliance with health and safety standards
  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and ordering of supplies; upsell spa treatments and retail products to contribute to financial performance

Requirements

  • Diploma or certification in Spa Therapy, Beauty Therapy, Massage Therapy, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Spa Therapist within a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end wellness environment
  • Strong expertise in a wide range of treatments including massages, body therapies, facials, and wellness rituals
  • Fluent in English with excellent guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion
