About the Role
We are seeking a Quality Manager to join ALTEN Morocco's engineering consulting team. You will drive quality excellence across serial production, managing quality convergence plans and ensuring customer satisfaction through systematic quality management and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive quality convergence plans to achieve customer quality targets and warranty objectives
- Monitor and analyze quality KPIs, warranty claims, failure rates, and warranty costs
- Lead quality issue resolution by coordinating Engineering, Plants, Suppliers, and Quality teams
- Manage Engineering Quality Issues (QIT) and ensure proper tracking in GIM/PLM systems
- Prepare quality reviews and represent quality status in customer and management meetings
- Assess risks related to safety alerts and support field actions or service campaigns
Main Objectives
- Achieve customer quality targets and warranty objectives
- Improve product reliability and customer satisfaction
- Define corrective actions and technical solutions for field quality issues
- Act as the key quality representative between Engineering, Manufacturing, Suppliers, Aftersales, and Customer Experience teams
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar quality management role
- Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of quality processes and product design
- Industrial skills, project work experience, and ability to work in collaborative contexts

- Strong risk analysis and consequence assessment capabilities
