Résumé par Postule AI

TE Connectivity is seeking a Simulation Engineer to execute standard simulations that support design and manufacturing. The role covers structural-mechanical and injection molding simulations of plastic components using Ansys/LS-Dyna, Moldflow/Moldex and Digimat, and calibrating models against FEM and measurement results. It is a full-time, on-site position requiring a master's degree in an engineering field and at least 2 years of simulation experience.

Vos missions

  • Execute structural-mechanical simulations in Ansys/LS-Dyna and injection molding simulations for plastic components with Moldflow/Moldex.
  • Perform coupled simulations of plastic components in Ansys/LS-Dyna using Digimat, and further develop these simulation methods.
  • Parameterize anisotropic material laws for short fiber reinforced plastics.
  • Adjust and calibrate models based on FEM and measurement results.

Profil recherché

  • You hold a master's degree in plastics technology, mechanical engineering or a comparable engineering field.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in simulation work.
  • You enjoy calibrating simulation models against measurement results and developing methods further.
  • You are comfortable with CAD, preferably Creo, and with modeling material behavior for plastics.
  • You are able to work on-site in Morocco.
