About the Role
Join Trade24, our international sourcing and trade business, as a Sourcing & International Logistics Assistant in Casablanca. Reporting to the Trade24 Manager, you will support the identification of suppliers, development of international business relationships, and monitoring of import and export operations for our automotive platform.
Main Responsibilities
- Research, identify and register new international suppliers
- Send requests for quotations and follow up on supplier responses
- Compare offers and update tracking tools to maintain accurate records
- Monitor import and export operations from order placement through delivery
- Verify and centralize documents related to international operations
- Coordinate communication with suppliers, carriers and freight forwarders, and report delays or discrepancies
Required Qualifications
- Education or experience in international logistics, international trade, purchasing or supply chain
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency with WeChat, trade platforms, AI tools and Google Suite
- Knowledge of import/export procedures and related documentation
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, responsiveness and rigor
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
