Position Overview

This Specialist Industrial Engineering (Methods Technician) role is based at LEONI Wiring Systems in Berrechid, Morocco. It focuses on production efficiency, production process analysis and balancing, and industrial engineering manufacturing master data.

Main Responsibilities

  • Perform and drive efficiency improvement activities
  • Implement production efficiency monitoring systems, including KOSU, VSM, 5S and others
  • Analyze production processes using standard (IE) methods, detect time bottlenecks and MUDA, and implement measures to resolve them
  • Define and perform production process balancing based on time analysis and implement it in the production area
  • Create and maintain industrial engineering manufacturing master data, such as work station documents, MES system data, capacity planning and ramp-up planning
  • Support new product implementation and technical changes, and the development of new production equipment and processes with Country and Production Management teams

Qualifications

  • Education: Technical diploma or more
  • Field of study: Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or equivalent
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in the automotive industry
  • Language: French (mandatory)
