Vos missions

  • Lead multiple AI and Digital Manufacturing projects from concept to deployment, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination
  • Establish AI governance, standards, and best practices; define and track KPIs for AI adoption, effectiveness, and business impact
  • Analyze manufacturing processes using advanced analytics and data from MES, ERP, and IoT platforms to drive continuous improvement

Role Overview

TE Connectivity is seeking a Senior Manufacturing & Process Development Engineer to lead AI and digital manufacturing initiatives across global manufacturing sites. You will bridge manufacturing operations, process engineering, data science, and AI development teams to identify challenges, translate them into AI-enabled opportunities, and support deployment and continuous improvement of AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify manufacturing challenges in quality, productivity, maintenance, and supply chain addressable by AI and analytics
  • Serve as technical liaison between Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, AI Champions, and IT/Data Science teams
  • Support design, development, validation, and deployment of AI solutions in manufacturing environments
  • Analyze manufacturing processes and performance using advanced analytics and data from MES, ERP, and IoT platforms
  • Lead multiple AI and Digital Manufacturing projects from concept to deployment, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams
  • Establish AI governance, standards, and best practices; define and track KPIs for AI adoption and effectiveness

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2-5 years in manufacturing, operations, process development, industrial engineering, or digital transformation
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial operations
  • Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or Intelligent Automation concepts
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, Azure AI, or related analytics platforms
  • Familiarity with MES, ERP systems, and manufacturing data environments
  • Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
