Role Overview
Position: STEM Translation Evaluator
Type: Contract
Compensation: $35/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: Flexible schedule
Main Responsibilities
- Review translated responses to STEM questions and rate translation quality
- Write reference (golden) responses to guide translation standards
- Provide clear and accurate judgments on translation quality in Modern Standard Arabic
- Evaluate both technical accuracy and linguistic quality to enhance outputs
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines
Required Qualifications
- Native or near-native Modern Standard Arabic speaker
- Strong STEM background with degree or professional experience in science, engineering, math, or technology
- Ability to evaluate both technical accuracy and linguistic quality
