About the Role
The Store Manager at Sacoor Brothers is responsible for leading the store team to achieve excellence in customer service, sales performance, and operational efficiency. This role ensures that the store reflects the brand's premium image and delivers an exceptional shopping experience aligned with Sacoor Brothers' values and standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
- Ensure smooth daily store operations in line with company policies and procedures
- Monitor store performance, analyze sales trends, and implement action plans to drive results
- Maintain excellent visual merchandising and ensure the store presentation meets brand standards
- Manage stock levels, inventory accuracy, and replenishment to maximize sales opportunities
- Recruit, train, and develop store staff to ensure high performance and career growth
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution to maintain brand loyalty
- Enforce compliance with operational, HR, and health & safety guidelines
- Collaborate with Area Manager and Head Office to execute marketing and promotional strategies
- Ensure accurate reporting, cash handling, and adherence to administrative procedures
Your Qualifications
- Well-presented, motivated, and eager to work in a customer-facing environment
- Previous experience in retail or sales is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- English is a plus
