Performs analyses and supports supply chain activities to ensure smooth operation and improve supply chain efficiency.

Your Main Tasks

  • Review and establish KPIs to monitor supplier performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis; publish results and create action plans with stakeholders
  • Provide input into monthly S&OP meetings regarding supplier capacity, bottlenecks, and tool capacity requirements; ensure feedback loop with suppliers
  • Monitor supplier reviews of TE S&OP 18-month forecasts and guide timely feedback on potential capacity issues
  • Act as key interface between suppliers and TE to communicate supply issues, business opportunities, and resolve demand, supply, and capacity issues
  • Identify and communicate supplier capacity constraints to TE management teams; track status, escalate issues, and support transfer decisions
  • Monitor TE ordering behavior impact on suppliers and highlight non-compliance with Standard Work Instructions and planning processes
  • Support planning teams in constraint scenarios with decision-making authority on shared resources
  • Draft and review supplier logistics contracts and agreements with Legal and Procurement departments
  • Review planning Master data integrity in SAP and maintain data quality standards
  • Review and maintain part classification (ABC/XYZ) for setup allocation
  • Support VMI program establishment with key molding and stamping suppliers; monitor compliance with stock holding quantities
  • Participate in quarterly supplier scorecard reviews and drive improvements in delivery performance and confirmation accuracy
  • Manage supply chain improvement projects assigned to the role

Your Ideal Background

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in planning, procurement, or operations roles, preferably in the automotive sector
  • Familiarity with critical manufacturing processes: molding, stamping, plating, and assembly
  • Minimum 2 years' working experience with external suppliers, including scorecard reviews and KPI monitoring
  • Demonstrable experience in logistics and supply chain planning; ability to prepare logistics contracts and devise enhanced solutions
  • Prior experience in supplier negotiations
  • Experience identifying supplier capacity constraints and determining long-term capacity needs
  • Prior involvement in S&OP processes and sharing forecast data with suppliers
