Performs analyses and supports supply chain activities to ensure smooth operation and improve supply chain efficiency.

Your Main Tasks

Coordinate with multiple departments including Project Management, Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, Production and Quality to ensure production readiness for new projects.

Follow up with RM planning team to secure material availability according to project schedules.
Monitor planning performance and ensure identified deviations are addressed through corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate transition from project phase to serial production and ensure effective handover to operational planning team.
Ensure accuracy and maintenance of planning data and parameters in SAP/SAP S4 HANA.
Identify opportunities to optimize inventory levels, production flow, transportation and overall supply chain performance.
Anticipate and escalate critical supply or production risks and coordinate mitigation actions to protect project milestones.
Consolidate and analyze information from different sources to provide clear visibility on project readiness and production planning.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to production planning, material flow and new project launches.

Your Ideal Background

A Master's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Experience in the automotive industry and New Product Introduction (NPI) is preferred.
