Job Overview

Coordinates and integrates the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers. Identifies opportunities for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain through monitoring, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Main Responsibilities

  • Monitoring & Early Detection: Monitor supplier-related alerts, review supplier performance vs. committed capacity, identify risks via Supplier Heatmap, and flag potential red risks related to tooling or capacity.
  • Issue Management & Tracking: Maintain supplier constraint visibility through tools such as GCM, track Past Due offenders, and support preparation of escalation packages with data and root cause insights.
  • Analysis & S&OP Preparation: Support Past Due projections, consolidate supplier feedback into structured S&OP inputs, and provide analytical insights on supplier constraints and capacity gaps.
  • Coordination & Decision Support: Prepare data inputs for capacity reviews, translate data into actionable insights, and track tooling and capacity-related timelines.
  • Systems & Data Management: Log and maintain supply constraints in planning systems (GCM, IBP), ensure data accuracy across tracking tools, and support reporting automation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support deployment of supplier collaboration tools, identify opportunities to improve data visibility and planning processes, and drive standardization of monitoring practices.

Required Background

  • 2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, or Operations
  • Experience in supplier performance management, capacity tracking, or materials planning
  • Exposure to S&OP / IBP processes and demand-supply balancing
  • Strong experience with data analytics, reporting, and performance tracking tools
  • Experience working with global teams and offshore delivery models
