About the Role

Under the overall supervision of the Grant Officer and direct supervision of the National Supply Chain Officer, you will be responsible for supply chain activities guided by Supply Chain Management (SCM) objectives. You will deliver quality goods and services to beneficiaries at optimal price and in a timely manner, working in close collaboration with Country Office Programme Managers.

Main Responsibilities

Support supply chain activities including planning, procurement, logistics information management, and reporting while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Review procurement requests, identify service providers, evaluate vendor performance on quality and delivery, and maintain a qualified vendor pool.
Solicit bids and quotations, oversee bidding processes, analyze offers for conformity, conduct supplier appraisals, prepare purchase orders, and ensure authorization in line with delegation of authority matrix.
Provide technical support in preparing Call for Proposals and bidding documents; ensure fair, transparent, and compliant tendering processes.
Establish and implement internal control mechanisms for Supply Chain Management to safeguard assets, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance with organizational rules and country-specific procedures.

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Procurement, or related field with 2+ years of relevant professional experience; OR
University degree in above fields with 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
