About the Role

Eaton is seeking a proactive and analytical Supply Chain Network Scheduler to play a critical role within an integrated, intelligent, and agile supply chain organization. You will be responsible for ensuring short-term product availability across markets, balancing supply and demand for finished goods and semi-finished products within your assigned value stream.

As the primary supply representative for a given value stream, you will lead capacity and material constraint management, leveraging scenario planning to mitigate risks and maintain service levels. Working closely with demand planning, manufacturing, procurement, and other supply chain stakeholders, you will drive effective decision-making and exception management to ensure optimal product flow across the network.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the short-term supply plan (0-12 weeks horizon) for finished goods within the assigned value stream, ensuring product availability across markets.
  • Create and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and coordinate resources (buyers, planners, production schedulers) to ensure successful execution.
  • Manage and resolve supply-demand imbalances and planning exceptions, driving root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Monitor and address capacity and material constraints, assessing their impact on the short-term supply plan and escalating risks when required.
  • Track and analyze key supply chain KPIs including service level, inventory performance, cash, and cost metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product availability within the value stream, ensuring timely communication and resolution of escalations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or equivalent.
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in Supply Chain (Materials Management, Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Procurement, SIOP, or related areas).

Key Skills

  • Deep functional understanding of supply chain processes: procurement, SIOP, Materials Management, demand planning and forecasting, master production scheduling, capacity analysis, and inventory management.
  • Working understanding of MRP systems.
  • Ability to adapt and deliver results in complex environments.
  • Influential and collaborative approach; ability to challenge the status quo to solve complex challenges.
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in using data to generate scenarios and drive decision-making.

CPIM certification is a plus.
