About the Role

The Supply Planner is the business planning authority for mid- and long-range supply horizons, owning the rolling 3-to-24-month constrained supply plan through Eaton's Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) process. This regional individual-contributor role translates consensus demand plans into feasible supply responses by integrating capacity, materials, labor, tooling, supplier, inventory, logistics and network constraints. Reporting to the SIOP Leader, you will lead the Supply Review for your assigned business, region, product line or value stream, connecting strategic and tactical planning to execution.

Main Responsibilities

  • Own the rolling 3-to-24-month constrained supply plan and supply-side inputs to the monthly SIOP cycle, reconciling consensus demand with available and planned capacity
  • Lead the Supply Review for assigned scope, consolidating constraints and assumptions across manufacturing, procurement, logistics and the network; resolve issues and escalate unresolved gaps with options and recommendations
  • Perform rough-cut capacity planning across labor, equipment, lines, tooling, suppliers and critical materials; distinguish structural constraints from short-term execution noise
  • Develop base, upside, downside and what-if scenarios that quantify service, revenue, inventory, cost, cash and capacity trade-offs to enable timely leadership decisions
  • Identify supply, capacity and lead-time risks early and enable mitigation through capital, staffing, sourcing, supplier qualification, make-versus-buy, shift, pre-build and inventory actions
  • Create decision-quality analytics and clearly communicate risks, options, assumptions, financial implications and required decisions to senior business leaders

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive supply chain planning experience in manufacturing or complex multi-site environments
  • 7 or more years of relevant planning experience, including ownership of multi-site, regional, product-line or value-stream supply plans

Key Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in SIOP, S&OP or IBP, capacity planning, constrained supply planning and cross-functional decision support
  • Advanced Excel and data-modeling capability; experience with Power BI or comparable visualization tools
  • Experience with ERP and advanced planning systems such as SAP or Kinaxis RapidResponse
  • ASCM CPIM or CSCP certification, or formal S&OP/IBP training
  • Ability to connect operational scenarios to service, revenue, margin, working capital and capital implications
  • Critical thinking, data storytelling, managing through influence and executive presence

What We Offer

  • Hybrid work model with flexibility across multiple Eaton premises in UK, Morocco, Turkey and Serbia
  • Comprehensive benefits including annual bonus, private medical insurance, life insurance and cafeteria benefits
  • Employee wellbeing support, family-friendly policies and work-life balance initiatives
  • Talent management and career development with focus on internal mobility and continuous learning
  • Inclusive workplace environment with dedicated spaces and wellness programs including yoga sessions
