The Role

Join our growing Talent Acquisition team at the heart of Avomind's success. You will support both outbound and inbound recruitment strategies, working closely with management to identify and engage exceptional candidates.

Daily Responsibilities

Develop and execute outbound and inbound recruitment strategies in collaboration with management
Conduct direct outbound sourcing via LinkedIn, Xing, GitHub, Google X-Ray, and other channels
Perform screening calls with candidates to assess fit and gather detailed information
Manage interview logistics and coordinate with Project Managers and Client Managers
Advise internal teams on candidate landscape trends and recruitment insights
Own the candidate experience and build your reputation through excellence

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency or sales-oriented environment
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and internal ATS platforms
Fluency in English and French (additional languages are advantageous)
