Each product begins with a validated field need and evolves into a standalone company delivering measurable value.We’re looking for a Tech lead to own the design and integration of a real-time industrial vision platform for productivity monitoring in textile production lines. This is ideal for a hands-on technical leader ready to move fast and build at scale.
Your role
- Own the global architecture of a distributed, real-time computer vision system using MQTT, REST, and WebSocket.- Design and implement the KPI aggregation service, leveraging REST APIs, SSE, and Prometheus for real-time insights.- Set up secure and observable infrastructure, ensuring monitoring, alerting, and data integrity across cloud and on-premise environments.- Integrate and coordinate with cross-functional partners, to ensure best-practice architecture and system reliability.- Define communication flows between microservices and maintain consistency across APIs and message queues.- Manage DevOps operations, including deployment automation, containerization, and Kubernetes configuration.- Implement business alerts through Slack and other monitoring tools for proactive system health management.- Lead with precision, ensuring the sprint is delivered on time and meets production-grade performance standards.

Your qualifications
Required:- 3+ years of experience in software architecture.- Strong command of Python backend development, including asynchronous programming patterns using Flask or FastAPI- Proven expertise in microservices design and real-time messaging (MQTT, WebSocket, SSE).- Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker.- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, and system observability.- Strong communication skills in French and English.Nice to Have:- Experience in industrial, IoT, or computer vision environments.- Previous collaboration with cross-disciplinary AI or DevOps teams.
