About the Role

We are seeking a Techno Functional Expert to support our AX ERP integration solutions across multiple business processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure integration requirements are well understood, documented, and implemented. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or Business Central ERP systems is required.

Main Responsibilities

Partner Engagement & Requirement Gathering: Work with B2B partners and business stakeholders to understand processes, conduct discovery workshops, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and prepare BRDs and FRDs.
Solution Design & Configuration: Map partner requirements, design end-to-end technical solutions, configure/customize ERP/CRM/SaaS platforms, and recommend optimal integration processes.
Technical Implementation Support: Coordinate with development teams, review APIs and system architecture, perform UAT/SIT testing, and troubleshoot technical and functional issues.
Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting: Support sales with technical demos, create solution proposals and RFP/RFI responses, provide effort estimations, and present value propositions to enterprise stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management: Act as liaison between client business teams and internal technical teams, manage communication with IT heads and executives, and provide regular implementation updates.
Data & Reporting: Analyze business data, create dashboards and custom reports, and ensure data migration accuracy and integrity.
Post-Implementation Support: Provide go-live support, conduct user training, optimize system performance, and drive adoption and continuous improvement.
