About the role

Terminal Operations Execution roles are based in ports or harbours and manage and execute the reception, processing, and staging of containers; the receipt, transit, storage, and marshalling of cargo; the loading and unloading of transport conveyances; and the manifesting and forwarding of cargo to destination.

This is a management-stream role. Leaders manage employees day-to-day, set priorities to ensure task completion, and carry out employee lifecycle responsibilities, including hire/fire decisions, coaching and mentoring, performance appraisal, and pay reviews.
