About the Role
APM Terminals is seeking a Terminal Supervisor to manage and execute terminal operations in a port environment. This is a management-track position responsible for leading teams in container reception, processing, staging, cargo handling, and logistics coordination.

- Develop and implement operational policies, practices, and business plans
Required Experience & Skills
- Previous work experience in terminal operations, port management, or related logistics area
- Proven people leadership and team management capabilities
- Knowledge of terminal operations procedures, cargo handling, and port processes
- Ability to work independently within defined guidelines and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Problem-solving skills with ability to evaluate solutions within area of expertise
