  • You are proficient with data analysis tools and technical documentation
  • You are fluent in English and comfortable working in a global, multicultural setting

Lead Test & Finishing NPI (New Product Introduction) at BSK, managing new process, equipment, and product introductions through cross-functional collaboration with Operations, BEM&T, DIV, and Quality teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive risk assessment, qualification, training, and deployment of manufacturing standards and procedures, including FMEA, DOE, OCAP, Golden Parameters, and IPC standards
  • Ensure process robustness, standardization, and change management by defining process guidelines and implementing technical solutions
  • Harmonize procedures across production lines to maintain consistency and quality

Your Skills & Experience

  • Engineer or Master degree in Mechanical & Electronics or similar discipline
  • 3 years of experience as a process engineer
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel, Office suite, Power BI, Automation & Electronics
  • English business proficiency
