About the Role
Join LEONI, a global leader in energy and data management solutions for the automotive industry, as a Team Lead for Quality Projects. You will manage and supervise a Quality Project organizational unit, driving continuous improvement and ensuring adherence to standards and governance while leading a dedicated team.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the Quality Project unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
- Lead direct reports, define their objectives, tasks, and responsibilities with clear monitoring and evaluation
- Identify improvement opportunities, offer consulting, and contribute to enhanced service delivery
- Plan team activities to cover all stages and respond to requests received
- Identify training and development needs; support subordinates' professional growth and knowledge application
- Propose and implement measures for team performance improvement, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, and change management
Required Qualifications
- Education: Engineer or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience: 4 years in the automotive industry
- Languages: French and English (mandatory)
- Technical Skills: Lean Manufacturing, Hoshin Kanri, and Continuous Improvement Techniques
- Soft Skills: Communication, intercultural sensitivity, change management, target orientation, resilience, self-organization, conflict management, and teamwork
