Team Lead - Spare Parts Warehouse

About the Role

You will manage and supervise the Spare Parts Warehouse organizational unit, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the Spare Parts Warehouse unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
• Lead and develop direct reports, defining their objectives, tasks, and responsibilities with clear monitoring and evaluation
• Plan regular team activities to cover all operational stages and respond to all requests received
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to enhanced service delivery
• Ensure adherence to standards, governance, and process execution
• Identify training and development needs of team members and support their professional growth

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience: 3–5 years in warehouse operations, spare parts management, or logistics in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Leadership: Minimum 1–2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management, spare parts planning, and warehouse optimization
• Languages: Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
