Vos missions

Tolerance Management Engineer (3D & 1D Tolerance Analysis)

We are seeking a highly motivated Tolerance Management Engineer to join our engineering organization. You will contribute directly to the dimensional quality of complex mechanical assemblies by performing 3D and 1D tolerance analyses, working with cross-functional teams, and supporting product validation throughout the development cycle.

This position is ideal for someone who combines technical expertise with strong communication and problem-solving skills in a collaborative environment.

Location: Rabat, Morocco (on-site)

Main Responsibilities

3D Tolerance Analysis & Simulation
  • Run 3D tolerance simulations using OEM-approved digital tools.
  • Prepare CAD models and organize required geometry for analysis.
  • Build product assemblies and define key points and features needed for accurate alignment.
  • Apply and interpret GD&T based on engineering drawings.
  • Create and configure measurement outputs (gaps, clearances, alignment references, etc.).
  • Analyze simulation results and provide clear recommendations.
  • Prepare professional presentations summarizing findings for stakeholders.
  • Support technical discussions and participate in meetings throughout the process.
Tolerance Documentation (Excel AOs)
  • Create Excel-based tolerance overviews using OEM internal applications.
  • Add images, measurement points, alignment points, and tolerance definitions.
  • Coordinate with team leaders and quality planners for validation and approval.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation within the system.
1D Tolerance Chain Calculations
  • Define gap, offset, parallelism, and uniformity measurements.
  • Link measurements to relevant parts and documentation.
  • Build assembly tolerance chains and integrate process tolerances.
  • Export results and prepare clear status updates for project reviews.
  • Present findings and support decision-making in cross-functional teams.

What You Bring
