Ensures manufacturing support by providing tools and fixtures for production and evaluates the specifications of the parts and completed tools.
Job Requirements
- Collecting, and documenting the specifications, creating daily reports, performing preventive maintenance, and die conditioning.
- Maintaining the existing tools by cleaning, repairing, assembling them correctly, and recommending inputs for design changes, specifications, and sketches.
- Ensuring adherence to environmental health and safety policies and procedures while keeping a clean, safe working area and maintaining an organized work area.
- Assembling/ disassembling dies, troubleshooting, ensuring the machinery's quality and productivity by correcting the issues, and managing deadlines and project activities.
What your background should look like
Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related work experience. Requires completion of high school. Vocational training or an AA degree is preferred.
