About the Role
As a TRC (Total Revenue Control) Agent at Swissport, you will be responsible for safe and accurate load control operations, ensuring operational efficiency and on-time performance through effective coordination and strict compliance with aviation procedures.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure load control accuracy, practicality and procedural compliance to maintain high safety and quality standards
- Verify all aircraft operate within operational limits regarding weight and balance specifications
- Maintain operational efficiency through optimum fuel uplift and trim management
- Coordinate with Ramp Operations, Cargo, and Operations Control Center to complete load control tasks safely and punctually
- Assist Ramp Service Agents with wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags (security-cleared and fully reconciled)
- Report safety, operational, and customer issues regularly to line management
Your Profile
- Baccalauréat or equivalent (Bac +02 level)
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Passenger Services Agent
- Proficiency in English, French, and Arabic
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced aviation environment
