About the Role

Join us as a Digital Creativity Tutor and inspire the next generation of creators. You'll teach online classes in design, graphics, animation, and 3D modeling to children and teenagers. This fully remote position offers flexibility to work from anywhere, with availability required during UK teaching hours (afternoons/evenings on weekdays and mornings on weekends).

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging online classes using provided scripts and materials
  • Track student progress, celebrate achievements, and provide guidance throughout their learning journey
  • Develop your teaching skills with guidance from experienced Kodland mentors
  • Share lesson feedback and contribute creative ideas to improve the learning experience
  • Participate in mock lessons, training, and community events to enhance skills and connect with other tutors

Requirements

  • Knowledge of basic 3D principles (modeling, perspective, rendering)
  • Familiarity with graphic tools such as Photoshop, Photopea, Figma, or Canva
  • Fluent English at C1 level
  • Passion for teaching children and teenagers
  • Availability for at least 10 hours per week during weekdays (5:00 PM – 10:00 PM GMT-4) and weekends (10:00 AM – 10:00 PM GMT-4)
  • Stable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps), webcam, headset, and quiet workspace

Bonus Skills

Background in design education, Tinkercad, or animation tools.
